3. About This Agreement
This agreement is subject to change at anytime and continuing to use our website will mean you have accepted any change in any change to these terms and conditions.

4. Monthly Billing
We will charge a monthly fee for your usage of our Filing Date Reporting web application based on the package you choose. Payment will be due at the start of each billing circle. None payment will result in your account and data being deleted and it will not be possible to recover your data. Payment will be monthly in advance by direct transfer to our account or by Standing Order. Please note that we do not provide any refunds.

5. Pricing
Pricing for use of our service are listed on our signup page. Prices can change at anytime but if you have alreedy signed up for our package then we will give you a months noctice of such a change.

6. Change Of Package
You can upgrade your package at anytime and the upgrade will take effect as soon as possible, the fee for the new package will take effect from the next billing cicle from when your package is upgraded. A months notice is required if you then wish to downgrade your package after an upgrade and the downgrage will only begin on a new billing cicle date. If you decide to downgrade your package that is not an upgrade this can only take place from a new billing circle date.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
Our website and any documentation available as well as any integration provided through our website remains the interlectual property of PracticeSoft Limited. You can you all the services we provide based on the package you subscribe to as well as any integration through our website but this will not give you ownership of our any of our intellectual property.

8. Filing Date Updates
Filing dates of the companies you have in our systems will be updated daily from 00:15 after you login to use your package on our website.

9. Access To This Website
For security reasons Access to this website is only available within the United Kingdom.

10. Backup Of Your Data
We do a real time backup of your data whenever you use our login to use your package on our website.

11. Packages We Offer
We may change or discontinue the packages we offer at anytime if we feel the need to do so. You will be given the opportunity to change to a different package.

12. Sign up Email Address
Signup email address must be from your company's domain name unless you are signing up for our Basic package.

13. Staff's Email Addresses
Staff's email addresses must be from your company's domain name unless you've signed up for our Basic package.

14. Website disclaimer
PracticeSoft Limited cannot guarantee that access to our website will not be interrupted. We will do our best to respond to your enquiries by email as soon as we are able to.
